In my work, I teach and plan to prepare educational leaders who read, hear, and adopt my passion for learning spaces and cultures authentically designed to transform, inspire, and engage students beyond mediocrity.  As a scholar-practitioner and researcher, my belief is that we invite and practice continuous school improvement, welcoming and celebrating reimagining and reinventing innovative classrooms.
